Damaged and Disappeared Paintings

I guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will match the specifications on my website. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact me immediately to arrange a refund. In cases where damage is to the frame only, I will provide a partial refund, which is typically 10% of the total sale price.

Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times

I ship all paintings within the UK via overnight courier services, however: please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be despatched. I custom build all the packaging to ensure that your painting is transported securely and arrives in perfect condition, and this can take some time when I have a number of orders to fulfill.

For orders to locations outside the UK, shipping times vary and are calculated on a case by case basis. I will update you via email with a delivery estimate after you place your order.

Customs Charges

Customs-free delivery of your fine art print is guaranteed when you order within the EU or UK. You may be liable to pay customs charges to import your artwork when you order from other countries.
