When you purchase something from my shop, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you give me such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse my shop, I also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps me learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, I may send you emails about my shop, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide me with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I imply that you consent to my collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

My online shop is hosted on Squarespace. They provide me with the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by me will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information I am required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, I recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

If you post any Comments or User Content on the website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you choose to provide there may be read, collected, or used by other users of the website, as well as other third parties. I am not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these forums. I cannot guarantee that other users have not made copies of and/or will not use such information outside of the website. The website may provide users the opportunity to interact and post content through various social media sites including, but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Dropbox, Tumblr, foursquare, Flickr, YouTube and Vimeo. Your interactions with such tools, and any information you provide in connection with these interactions may be publicly viewable outside of the website domain. Each social media site has its own privacy policies which may be more or less protective than this Policy. If you do not wish for this information to be disclosed, then you should not use these tools. I am not responsible for information you choose to post in this forum.

User information submitted through the online store is stored in secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps me to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority the legal jurisdiction where you live or that you are the age of majority within the legal jurisdiction where you live and you have given me your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If my shop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that I may continue to sell products to you.
