DELIVERIES & RETURNS
I intend process and deliver your order within 10 working days, however: I cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time scale. Where possible I will aim to make it clear via my product pages when possible delays to service are likely to take place. If you have already placed an order, I will inform you at the earliest possible time if delays are likely to occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
For shipping, original artworks are securely packaged in sturdy, double-walled cardboard boxes, reinforced with multiple layers of double-ply corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap and are sealed against moisture in poly wrap. Limited edition prints are delivered in sturdy cardboard tubes.
Packages are delivered by Parcelforce and are fully insured against damage or loss during delivery, therefore charges vary depending on the price of the item you order. Delivery charges are as follows:
· Items up to £200 - £10 delivery
· Items from £200 to £500 - £15 delivery
· Items from £500 to £1000 - £25 delivery
You will be issued with an expected delivery date and tracking number when your order is despatched. A signature will be required to complete your delivery.
Customers from outside the UK
Due to the varying costs of shipping overseas, customers from outside the UK are currently unable to purchase artworks via my online store. However, if you are interested in buying any of the items for sale there, please get in touch via my contact page, email me at email@example.com, or send a tweet to @LewMacKenzie on Twitter. and I will give you a delivery quote and estimated delivery time. Please be aware that postage costs and delivery times to overseas customers are likely to be substantially larger than those given for UK customers.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have ordered via my online store, you may return it in exchange for a full refund (not including postage and packing charges), provided that:
· you inform me of your intent to return any items via my contact page or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 working days of receipt of delivery.
· returned items are retained in their original packaging and are returned undamaged
· Items are returned within 14 days of the notice of intent to return.
As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and you do so at your own risk. I will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any returned goods in transit, therefore I recommend the use of a reliable courier. I reserve the right to deny refunds on orders that are damaged or lost during return transit.
If you wish to return an item that has been damaged during delivery to you, please contact me via email at email@example.com within 10 working days of receipt of delivery. Include a description of the damage and, if possible, a photograph. Damaged items will need to be returned in their original packaging for inspection within 14 days of notification of your intent to return the item, following which, if the damage is confirmed, you will be awarded a full refund and reimbursed for any third party delivery costs for returning the item.
